While everyone I encountered and engaged with was friendly, Pedro was my main contact, my service advisor… and whether it be giving me a precisely-detailed description of the services to be provided with their costs… to providing transport to and from their establishment… to keeping me in the loop with timely updates throughout the process (without me having to chase him down even once!)… the service & accommodations provided by Pedro were top-notch. Oh, and by the way, my 20 year old gas saver is back on the road and driving as good as ever. The issues I had with misfires, startup and a rough ride are now all behind me. I wanted to reach out and give this company another 5 stars for being so helpful. They yet again did a great job on another one of my vehicles. Their prices are great, I can promise you that you won't find many other places at their rates as I have done great searching in the fresno area and not 1 other mechanic came close to their offer. Everyone who works in their office is friendly, communicative and is there to get the job done and have you back on the road in no time. The office is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere as soon as walking in. I'll be referring any one and every one I know who is looking for an honest and affordable shop to get their car fixed. Also I wanted to mention Victoria because this is the 2nd time she has worked with me and got my car going.
